Description

Primary architectural designer for infrastructure development from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design packages for permitting and construction.
• Apply engineering fundamentals to solve technical problems and create detailed building system designs.
• Review and refine designs for cost-effectiveness, constructibility, and code compliance.
• Coordinate disciplines, create schedules and details, and manage work sets within Revit.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional architectural design experience.
• Expert knowledge of Revit, including family creation and detailed modeling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Navisworks.
• Experience with industrial cooling systems, chiller/boiler plants, data centers, biotech, or R&D facilities.
• Ability to obtain an architecture license and register in any state.
• Knowledge of preparing architectural contract drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• Construction coordination experience.
