Description

You will manage architectural and interior projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities

• Initialize and complete full working drawing sets.
• Develop 3D models and produce photorealistic renderings.
• Handle interior and architectural projects independently.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for effective project management.
• Analyze building codes and perform precise measurements and calculations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in architecture or interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Suite.
• Experience with SketchUp and 3D modeling software.
• Ability to produce photorealistic architectural visualizations.
• Strong conceptual understanding of structures and interior detailing.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
