Description

You will develop and validate engine installations for small construction equipment and resolve critical customer issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate new designs for engine systems on small construction equipment.
• Create fully developed design packages including drawings reviewed for manufacturability.
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams including manufacturing, purchasing, and supply chain.
• Support new product development through the full design lifecycle.
• Resolve critical customer issues related to engine performance and installation.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Creo or Pro-E for 3D modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Understanding of machinery and construction equipment.
• Understanding of engines and engine installation.
• Knowledge of validation and instrumented testing methods.
• Strong planning, organizing, and project delivery skills.
