Description

You will own the technical design and documentation lifecycle for the project.

Responsibilities

• Develop all required engineering drawings.
• Compile and submit the complete list of drawings and documentation.
• Obtain client and Planning head approval for all design drawings.
• Conduct site visits as required to validate designs.
• Prepare terminal sheets and comparison sheets against the BOQ.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Engineering Drawings and Mechanical Design.
• Experience with HVAC Design and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Ability to create Bills of Materials (BOM Creation).
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities.
• Good managerial and active listening skills.
