Design Engineer

You will manage automotive component modeling and technical documentation within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Model product components and update engineering drawings.
• Generate Engineering Change data and manage customer data transfers via Teamcenter.
• Participate in product design reviews and implement design standards.
• Attend customer meetings alongside Program Engineers or Program Managers.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of automotive product design experience.
• Proficiency in UG or CATIA.
• Experience with plastic component design.
• Strong automotive industry knowledge.
• Fluency in MS Office products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Associate degree in Product Design, a similar discipline, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Teamcenter knowledge.
• Completed GD&T coursework.
