Description

You will design and assemble 3D components for server rack systems, liquid cooling infrastructure, and power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Design parts, assemblies, and mechanisms using CATIA 3D Experience and SolidWorks optimized for manufacturability.
• Integrate 3D components for server rack systems to ensure precise alignment and fit.
• Develop detailed models for liquid cooling systems, including coolant distribution manifolds, tubing, and connections.
• Design and optimize power distribution components such as power shelves and busbars.
• Create technical drawings, assembly guides, and detailed specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in 3D design and component assembly.
• Proficiency in CATIA 3D Experience and SolidWorks.
• Experience fitting and assembling complex 3D components.
• Knowledge of liquid cooling systems, including CDM, tubing, and connections.
• Familiarity with power distribution systems, including power shelves and busbars.
• Basic understanding of AC/DC electrical systems.
• Ability to optimize designs for manufacturability and system integration.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Open Compute Project (OCP) standards.
• Experience performing 3D simulations for design analysis and validation.
