Description

You will manage packaging design and part coordination within a manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design new packaging solutions using CATIA.
• Prepare monthly part lists and manage supplier communications via email.
• Create and update packaging specification sheets and confirm change points.
• Calculate bin requirements for individual parts and stabilize first orders.
• Generate, analyze, and implement Kaizen ideas for process improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in packaging design and development within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CATIA for design work.
• Experience in project management within the automotive industry.
• Practical knowledge of automobile components and working principles.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work on the shop floor.

Preferred Skills

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
