Lead product design and development from concept through production.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design and development processes.
• Create 3D models and convert them into detailed 2D drawings.
• Participate in design reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Apply problem-solving skills to address design challenges.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency in Creo for 3D modelling.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Manufacturing knowledge, specifically in plastic manufacturing.
• Ability to conduct hand calculations and basic stress-strain analysis.
• Familiarity with DFMEAs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of materials science and its effects on design.
• Proficiency in sheet metal design.
