Description

You will design and modify mechanical structures and aerospace components for various aircraft systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on conceptual aerospace component designs.
• Update existing designs based on customer feedback and industry standards.
• Convert 2D drawings and legacy Mylar files into 3D CAD models.
• Generate engineering drawings from CAD models and manage version control.
• Address technical issues and implement design changes to maintain project metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft structures design.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5.
• Experience converting 2D drawings and legacy Mylar to 3D CAD models.
• Ability to create detailed engineering drawings from CAD models.
• Knowledge of aerospace documentation and version control standards.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
