Description

Develop smart fluid conveyance solutions and enhance existing product offerings while ensuring adherence to quality and cost objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop new product designs and smart fluid conveyance solutions using SolidWorks.
• Manage the ERP system by creating new part number setups, routings, and work ticket templates.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing to implement continuous improvement projects and streamline product designs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to convert drawings into company design formats and onboard new parts.
• Support Sales and Marketing through product testing, development, and qualification of product lines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in design engineering.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and CAD tools.
• Experience with MRP/ERP software and system management.
• Technical knowledge of hydraulics and hose assembly.
• Understanding of thermoplastic hose extrusion and assembly processes.
• Experience in product testing and specification development.
• Ability to manage part availability, lead times, and supplier integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Plastic Injection Molding.
