You will bridge design and engineering by building scalable systems and high-fidelity interfaces.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable Figma Design Systems to ensure platform consistency.
• Design and prototype UI components aligned with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and digital best practices.
• Leverage AI tools to generate and iterate on design components, optimizing workflows.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure seamless asset implementation.
• Participate in design reviews to maintain quality and consistency across all products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Design Engineer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Figma and managing complex Design Systems.
• Experience using AI tools to automate and enhance design component creation.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Proven ability to work within cross-functional and global teams.
• Portfolio showcasing work in SaaS, digital products, or digital assessments.
• Experience in web and mobile platform design.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the React framework.
• Industry experience in digital assessment, HR tech, or EdTech.
