Description

Lead Tier-3 troubleshooting and restoration for production services across complex server and network environments. Manage OS administration on Windows, UNIX, and Linux while supporting internetworking and virtualization solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate network architectures using Arista/CVP and Cisco platforms with advanced BGP routing protocols.
• Oversee VMware Cloud on AWS operations, including performance analysis, service acceptance, and new technology evaluations.
• Support SLA monitoring, capacity planning, and escalation handling to ensure service continuity.
• Collaborate with Tier-2 teams during peak load escalations and prepare technical communications for customer status calls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in design engineering, server administration, virtualization, and advanced networking.
• Strong expertise with VMware Cloud on AWS and VCP6+ certification.
• Solid OS administration experience across Windows, UNIX, or Linux.
• Proven experience with Arista/CVP and Cisco networking technologies.
• Deep knowledge of BGP, routing, and switching.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related technical field.
