Description

You will own memory architecture development and transistor-level full-custom design for Arm CPUs, GPUs, and SOCs.

Responsibilities

  • Execute transistor-level full-custom design and collaborate with physical design teams for layout realization.
  • Develop new design features and perform circuit or layout optimizations to meet Performance, Power, and Area (PPA) targets.
  • Perform memory design verification and characterization activities and analyze the resulting data.
  • Design high-performance memory with optimized power consumption.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of proven experience in memory design.
  • Strong command of basic electronics including Diodes, RC Circuits, and CMOS.
  • Deep understanding of digital electronics fundamentals such as Flip-Flops, Latches, Decoders, and Multiplexers.
  • Expertise in setup and hold time concepts.
  • Memory fundamentals with specific focus on single-port SRAM, including Bitcell, WL decoder, Sense Amp, Self-time, Assist, Low power features, and DFT features.
  • Understanding of technology trade-offs in deep sub-micron technologies.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Shell Scripting, ML, and Automation.
