Description

You will develop 2D and 3D designs for plastic inserts used in wheel applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop plastic insert styling, models, and drawings using CAD technologies.
• Propose adjustments to mold designs to optimize plastic insert performance.
• Collaborate with Product, CAE, and Process Engineers to ensure manufacturability and reliability.
• Provide CAD mold design data and conduct mold flow simulations.
• Manage CAD data integrity and ensure timely releases for construction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in design engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Experience in Automotive Design.
• Expertise in Mold Design.
• Ability to interpret process simulation results for design optimization.
• Experience working with technical standards and design guidelines.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
