Design Engineer

You will execute complete seat design and technical development within the automotive seating industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute complete seat design using UG NX (UGNX) CAD methodology and industry best practices.
• Apply DFMEA, Tolerance Stack, and CAE methods to ensure design integrity.
• Solve technical problems using 8D and QRCI methodologies.
• Maintain compliance with IATF16949 and ISO9001 quality standards.
• Collaborate on automotive seating, interiors, exteriors, and acoustic design projects.

Required Skills

• 5–6 years of total professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Design Engineer specifically in automotive seating design.
• Expert proficiency in UG NX (UGNX) CAD software.
• In-depth knowledge of CAD methodology, tooling, and best practices.
• Practical experience with DFMEA and Tolerance Stack analysis.
• Experience with CAE tools and methods.
• Proven expertise in problem-solving using 8D and QRCI.
• Familiarity with IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Skills

• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
