Description

Own automotive seating design projects using UGNX and CAD methodologies. Drive product development from concept to release.

Responsibilities

• Execute complete seat design, including interiors, exteriors, and acoustic components.
• Apply CAD best practices and tooling knowledge to ensure design integrity.
• Perform Tolerance Stack analysis and DFMEA to mitigate risks.
• Utilize problem-solving frameworks like 8D and QRCI to address quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards.

Required Skills

• 5–6 years of total engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a Design Engineer in automotive seating.
• Expert proficiency in UGNX and general CAD software.
• Strong understanding of automotive seating, interior, and exterior design.
• Experience with CAE familiarity and program-specific tools.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of customer language is a plus.
• Any Graduate degree or significant professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to strategic and analytical problem-solving.
