Description

You will own automotive seating design projects, ensuring technical excellence from concept to release. Your work directly impacts vehicle interiors and structural components.

Responsibilities

• Execute complete seat design using UGNX, adhering to strict automotive standards.
• Develop and maintain CAD models for seating, interiors, and acoustic systems.
• Perform tolerance stack analysis and DFMEA to mitigate design risks.
• Apply 8D and QRCI methodologies to resolve complex engineering issues.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with IATF16949 and ISO9001 requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in automotive seating design.
• Expert proficiency in UGNX CAD software.
• Deep understanding of CAD methodologies, best practices, and tooling.
• Hands-on experience with Tolerance Stack analysis and DFMEA.
• Strong knowledge of automotive seating, interiors, exteriors, and acoustic design principles.
• Familiarity with CAE tools and program-specific methods.
• Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in English communication.
