Role Requirements: 
🎓 Engineering degree or significant professional experience 
📅 Total of 5–6 years of experience, with at least 3 years as a Design Engineer in automotive seating design.
🌐 Proficiency in English; knowledge of the customer's language is a plus 🛠️ Expert in CAD software, UGNX 
🔧 In-depth knowledge of CAD methodology, best practices, and tooling 🚗 Extensive experience in automotive seating, interiors, exteriors, and acoustic design.
📊 Familiarity with program-specific tools and methods such as Tolerance Stack, DFMEA, and CAE.
🔍 Problem-solving expertise with exposure to 8D and QRCI.
🧠 Strong strategic and analytical skills.
📋 Knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards.
