Description

You will design and develop mechanical components for medical devices, managing the full design control lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components for medical devices.
• Manage design changes, documentation, and risk analysis.
• Perform DFMEA and support DHF/DMR remediation.
• Utilize PLM tools like Windchill for design documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product lifecycle management.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in medical device design control.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and creating detailed CAD models and drawings.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and applying it for accurate design specifications.
• Experience with PLM tools, specifically Windchill or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and DFMEA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the medical device industry.
