• Validate designs and ensure results align with defined targets.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement designs.
• Prepare detailed design documentation and specifications.
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling and design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in automotive or trucking environments.
• Proven record of tooling design and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in CAD tools and design software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• 4-year engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
