Description

You will own the end-to-end design process for user-facing features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive user flows to ensure solutions are easy to use.
• Develop detailed interaction designs, screen flows, and prototypes to articulate solutions.
• Conduct concept and usability testing to iteratively validate and improve designs.
• Create compelling visual designs aligning with product brand standards.
• Track user experience metrics and report on the success of UX improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with ReactJS for component-based UI development.
• Experience using Sketchup and other 3D visualization tools.
• Knowledge of UX principles, usability testing, and prototyping methods.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Jira.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product managers.
