Description

Manage aircraft structural and systems integration within a partner and supplier environment. Interface with stress, systems, interiors, thermodynamics, and mass properties teams. Review structural and systems layouts, installations, assembly, and detail drawings. Manage design changes through the full change management lifecycle. Resolve design or manufacturing issues with technical solutions. Develop work instructions, generate weight savings, and support design and program reviews.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stress, systems, interiors, thermodynamics, and mass properties teams.
• Review structural and systems layouts, installations, assembly, and detail drawings.
• Manage design changes through the full change management lifecycle.
• Resolve design or manufacturing issues with technical solutions.
• Develop work instructions, generate weight savings, and support design and program reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft structures or system installations.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 and ENOVIA.
• Experience with sheet metal, machined parts, piping, and component assembly.
• Knowledge of configuration management and preliminary sizing.
• Understanding of design for manufacturing, certification requirements, and weight control.
• Strong knowledge of industry design standards.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to act independently in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of French.
