Lead design execution for complex enterprise and SaaS products, partnering directly with engineering and product management teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineers and Product Managers to design, develop, and deliver features efficiently.
• Own the end-to-end UX/UI craft for complex enterprise-level products.
• Manage work independently as a self-driven delivery partner.
• Communicate design decisions and progress effectively and with confidence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product UX/UI design.
• Proven experience with Complex Enterprise-level or SaaS Products.
• Ability to collaborate closely with Engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills with confidence in stakeholder interactions.
• Self-driven with ability to handle work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with Product Managers.
