We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Design Manager with strong design leadership and project management experience to join a dynamic multidisciplinary design team.

🔑 KEY REQUIREMENTS:

✔️ 15+ years of experience in Architecture / Design Management
✔️ Strong experience in Concept Design, Design Development & Project Delivery
✔️ Experience across Hospitality, Commercial, Retail, Mixed-Use or Large-Scale Developments
✔️ Strong client management & consultant coordination experience
✔️ Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects
✔️ Strong design review, presentation and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Experience coordinating with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Façade and other consultants
✔️ Strong understanding of project timelines, quality and design standards
✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit / SketchUp or relevant architectural tools
