Description

You will lead the end-to-end design process for industrial projects, managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring technical alignment with project goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development of mechanical, piping, civil, structural, HVAC, and electrical designs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including instrumentation, process, and electrical design groups.
• Review and approve design specifications, drawings, calculations, and engineering deliverables.
• Conduct design reviews, HAZOP studies, and risk assessments to ensure safe plant operations.
• Manage vendor and EPC contractor relationships, including reviewing technical specifications and participating in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in industrial plant design leadership.
• Expertise in mechanical, piping, civil, structural, HVAC, and electrical design.
• Deep knowledge of rotating/static equipment, process piping, and plant layout.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PDMS, SmartPlant 3D, Revit, and BIM tools.
• Working knowledge of ASME, API, NFPA, ANSI, ISO, and OSHA standards.
• Experience managing design-related troubleshooting during construction and startup.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
