Role Overview

We are looking for a Design Manager / Senior Interior Designer with 6–8 years of experience and a strong architectural background (B.Arch.) to lead high-end hospitality, commercial, and retail projects.

This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong conceptual thinking with execution expertise and thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment.

You will be responsible for driving projects from Concept to execution, mentoring teams, and delivering refined, brand-driven spatial experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept ideation through detailed design development and execution 
• Translate client briefs into innovative, brand-aligned spatial solutions 
• Develop compelling design narratives, mood boards, layouts, and premium material palettes 
• Drive 3D concept development and coordinate closely with visualization teams for high-quality renders 
• Prepare and deliver impactful client presentations and design decks 
• Ensure design intent and quality are maintained across all project stages 
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle 
• Review and oversee drawing packages including design development and GFC (Good for Construction) drawings 
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure execution aligns with design vision 
• Lead client meetings, design reviews, and workshops with confidence 
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment 
• Stay updated on global design trends, materials, technologies, and industry standards 

    Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch.) 
• 6–8 years of experience in high-end hospitality, commercial, and retail interior design 
• Strong design sensibility with an eye for luxury detailing, materials, finishes, and spatial experience 
• Proven ability to independently lead projects from concept through execution 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) 
• Experience with rendering tools such as V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion 
• Working knowledge of Revit / BIM workflows is a plus 
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills 
• Strong design storytelling and conceptual thinking abilities 
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities effectively 
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail 
• Experience coordinating with vendors, consultants, and execution teams

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international clients and global design standards 
• Exposure to luxury hospitality brands 
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices or LEED principles
