Description

Lead high-end hospitality, commercial, and retail interior design projects from concept to execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive design projects from concept ideation through detailed design development and GFC drawings.
• Translate client briefs into brand-aligned spatial solutions, including mood boards and material palettes.
• Coordinate 3D concept development and visualization teams to produce high-quality renders.
• Oversee site execution, conducting site visits and coordinating with contractors to maintain design intent.
• Mentor junior designers and lead client presentations and design reviews.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch.).
• 6–8 years of experience in high-end hospitality, commercial, or retail interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with rendering tools such as V-Ray, Enscape, or Lumion.
• Strong ability to prepare and deliver design decks and client presentations.
• Working knowledge of Revit / BIM workflows.
• Expertise in luxury detailing, materials, finishes, and spatial experience.
• Ability to manage multiple project timelines and priorities effectively.
