You will lead complex digital design projects from initiation through final delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple digital design projects to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget constraints.
• Act as the primary stakeholder contact, gathering requirements and aligning design teams with business objectives.
• Facilitate Agile workflows, sprints, and design reviews using Scrum methodologies.
• Develop Statements of Work (SoW), financial estimates, and project budgets.
• Coordinate resource allocation and team capacity across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience, ideally within a design studio, marketing team, or design consultancy.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI workflows and digital product development processes.
• Hands-on experience leading Agile teams and conducting Scrum ceremonies.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management with senior executives and clients.
• Experience with financial estimation, SoW creation, and budget control.
• Strong understanding of digital consulting and creative workflows.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite.

Preferred Skills

• CSM or PMI-ACP certification.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
