Description

You will test, debug, and analyze high-speed signal integrity for PCIe and Ethernet cable and connector products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and fixtures to evaluate high-speed interface performance.
• Assist in local sample builds for high-speed cable and connector prototypes.
• Collaborate with PCB designers, hardware engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure design integrity.
• Diagnose and resolve signal integrity issues throughout the design and testing phases.
• Maintain detailed documentation of design processes, test results, and analyses.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in signal integrity design or assembly analysis.
• Deep understanding of PCIe and Ethernet interfaces.
• Proficiency with measurement equipment including VNA and TDR.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed digital design principles and transmission line theory.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed cable and connector design and testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Experience with simulation tools such as HFSS or CST.
• Python or MATLAB coding skills for s4p file processing and SI test report generation.
