Description

You will provide on-site L2/L3 technical support and maintenance for NICE platforms, ensuring system stability and managing critical outages.

Responsibilities

• Perform remediation and root cause analysis (RCA) for NICE product issues.
• Execute system maintenance, including Move/Add/Change (MAC) jobs, installations, and change management.
• Conduct proactive daily, weekly, and monthly health checks to evaluate system status.
• Collaborate with client System Engineers and internal R&D teams to support global infrastructure.
• Document system specifications, troubleshooting steps, and updates in the internal knowledge base.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical support or industry experience, preferably within financial trading environments.
• Expert-level Linux/Unix exposure across various server flavors.
• Strong administration skills for Windows, Linux, or Unix servers.
• Proficiency with Oracle, MSSQL, or MySQL databases.
• Hands-on experience supporting web-based applications in both on-premise and cloud deployments.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking protocols.
• Experience using Wireshark for communication analysis.
• Ability to manage critical issues and maintain regular communication with customers.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Tetra systems or Voice Trading Solutions such as IPC, Etrali, or BT.
• Background in telephony and IP/SIP communication analysis.
