Description

You will own the visual design lifecycle, focusing on user-system interaction and responsive layouts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute visual designs that solve problems through effective communication.
• Present and defend design decisions and milestone deliverables to peers.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Apply color patterns and responsive layouts across all design projects.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Expertise in creating responsive layouts and working with color patterns.
• Excellent interpersonal, management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Degree from any graduate program.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience in video and motion graphic editing.
• Experience with InVision Studio, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Certification in design-related courses.
