You will manage complex product areas to deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage ambiguous and complex product areas across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Identify and prioritize usage scenarios through customer research and competitive analysis.
• Analyze user feedback and activity to develop user personas.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, screen flows, and functional prototypes to validate interaction models.
• Partner with engineering and product management to execute product plans.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience designing software.
• Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Fluency and expertise with Figma and industry-standard design tools.
• Proficiency with industry-standard AI tools to complement design workflows.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work across multiple projects.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UX for enterprise software products, channels, or marketplaces.
