Description

You will execute design projects and manage integrated campaign components for marketing, store brands, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Creative Manager to provide design direction and ensure print projects meet client expectations.
• Lead the design team to develop integrated campaign components for promotions and merchandising.
• Present on-brand design concepts and incorporate feedback to deliver production-ready assets.
• Manage day-to-day projects and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and site quality standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of creative experience within Advertising or Marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual brand communication.
• Ability to interpret marketing and functional requirements documentation.
• Experience with printing and production processes.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Graphic, or Interactive Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent work experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
