You provide dedicated on-site IT support for C-Suite executives and VIP staff in Dallas, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot desktop hardware, operating systems, smartphones, and printers for executive users.
• Manage and support Microsoft products including Windows, Office, Outlook, and Skype.
• Resolve issues with business communication platforms, messaging, video conferencing, and telephony.
• Maintain professional communication and integrity while operating under intense scrutiny.

Required Skills

• 7+ years' experience in an IT technical role with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years' direct experience supporting C-Suite executives and VIP staff.
• 7+ years' experience with Microsoft products (Windows, Office, Outlook, Skype).
• 7+ years' experience in desktop hardware, operating systems, smartphones, and printers.
• 7+ years' experience in business communication platforms (messaging, video conferencing, telephony).
• Strong written and oral communication skills with executive-level focus.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• A+ Certification or other similar Microsoft certifications.
• Basic knowledge of network hardware including firewalls, routers, access points, bridges, switches, and patch panels.
