Description

You will provide on-site technical support, hardware management, and troubleshooting for end-users.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Manage the full asset lifecycle, including inventory audits, stock movement, ordering, and equipment disposal.
• Execute OS installations, application configurations, and driver updates.
• Handle incident and service requests through ticketing tools while meeting established SLAs.
• Provide hands-and-feet support for network, printer, and firewall activities, including vendor coordination.
• Perform physical tasks such as unboxing, packing, and moving equipment between hubs and loading bays.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing applications and incident/service request processes.
• Proficiency in OS installation, configuration, and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with hardware asset management and inventory record processes.
• Knowledge of iPhone configuration and basic network troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage remote assistance for PC setups and upgrades.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for preparing ticket and inventory reports.
• Experience providing IT support within manufacturing and production line environments.
• Strong communication skills for client management and user interaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours to address urgent site issues.
