Description

Provide on-site technical support and hardware management for users and manufacturing environments in Hamilton, MT.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and drivers.
• Manage the full asset lifecycle, including inventory audits, stock movement, and hardware orders.
• Handle incident and service requests through the ticketing system while meeting SLA targets.
• Provide hands-and-feet support for network, printer, and firewall activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and incident management processes.
• Experience with hardware asset management and inventory tracking.
• Ability to perform remote assistance for PC setups and upgrades.
• Knowledge of iPhone configuration and basic network troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and inventory tracking.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and production line IT environments.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for client management and user interaction.
