Description

Provide onsite IT support within hospital and clinic environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users.
• Manage the full hardware lifecycle, including regular upgrades.
• Train users on systems and ensure adherence to HIPAA compliance.
• Work independently to resolve technical requests in a clinical setting.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of technical support experience.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Strong communication skills for user training and support.
• Ability to work onsite in medical facilities.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
