Description

Manage desktop operations, application packaging, and virtual desktop infrastructure in a mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage App Volumes Manager to create, provision, assign, and manage AppStacks.
• Package, script, and automate application installs with custom parameters.
• Administer monthly patch deployments via SCCM to the VDI environment.
• Maintain and support VMware View brokers and monitor VDI platform performance.
• Create and maintain desktop and thin client images using SCCM 2012.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mission-critical environments.
• Proficiency with SCCM and SCCM 2012 for image creation and software distribution.
• Experience with VMware vSphere, Horizon, and View brokers.
• Hands-on experience with App Volumes and AppStack management.
• Strong Windows 10 operating system administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Expertise in scripting and automation for mass software distribution.
• Experience managing Wyse and Client Thin Clients.
• Knowledge of Office 365 (2010/2016) and MDOP.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
