Provide on-site technical support and hardware management for end-users in Sparks, NV.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, and mobile device hardware.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot software, desktop, and proprietary application issues for Windows and macOS users.
• Set up and deploy new workstations and mobile devices for end-users.
• Resolve service requests and incidents through both on-site touch support and remote troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support or local IT roles.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and MacBook support.
• Experience with O365 support and administration.
• Hands-on experience with device imaging and deployment.
• Ability to perform Zscaler troubleshooting.
• Experience managing deskside and touch support requests.
• Degree in any field.
