Description

You will provide deskside and mobile support to end-users during a mobile carrier transition.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the distribution, setup, and configuration of new mobile devices and SIM cards.
• Configure and activate iOS and Android devices with new carrier settings, including email setup and MDM enrollment.
• Troubleshoot issues involving device compatibility, network access, and user authentication.
• Educate users on carrier features, voicemail, roaming, and support processes.
• Maintain logs of device assignments and support tickets while coordinating with the project team to escalate issues.
• Collect and decommission old devices.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, deskside support, or mobile device support.
• Strong working knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems.
• Experience using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Intune.
• Hands-on experience with mobile device configurations and carrier activation processes.
• Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and hardware setup.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests and maintain detailed documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale mobile rollouts or migrations.
• Knowledge of mobile security practices, policies, and device encryption.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing systems.
