Description

Manage and execute installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMACOs) for end-user computing equipment and software.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee all installations, de-installations, cascades, moves, adds, and changes for EUCA equipment and software.
• Coordinate and schedule IMACO requirements with internal IT functions and third-party providers to minimize business interruption.
• Document IMACO processes for each software or equipment component and secure customer approval.
• Validate IMACO service requests for correctness and proper authorization from designated users.
• Conduct site surveys to determine equipment locations and identify specific installation requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical support or deskside services.
• Direct experience managing IMACO (Installations, Moves, Adds, and Changes) workflows.
• Proficiency in managing and deploying software components.
• Ability to coordinate complex scheduling between multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience validating service requests against authorization protocols.
• Strong documentation skills for process mapping and approval workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Degree or any graduate level education.
