Description

Provide onsite technical support for desktop computers, networks, and servers in a large-scale environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-time support for VIP users via call, email, or in person, including video conference setup and board meeting assistance.
  • Diagnose and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 software and hardware incidents and service requests.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, mobile devices, software, printers, and peripheral equipment.
  • Manage end-to-end desktop management, including physical movement of PCs and asset database maintenance.
  • Escalate complex incidents to appropriate support teams and coordinate with vendors for hardware or software issues.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in desktop, network, and server support.
  • Proficiency with Windows 7, 8, and 10.
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010/2016 and O365.
  • Hands-on experience using ServiceNow for ticketing and asset management.
  • Technical knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, and MAN technologies.
  • Experience with VMWare VDI environments.
  • Familiarity with SCCM, Ghost Imaging, and standard build configurations.
  • Experience with Airwatch/MDM and mobile device management.
  • Hardware configuration experience with Dell and HP systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Data center exposure including racking, cabling, and HDD replacements.
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices for Service Desk and Field Service operations.
