Description

You provide onsite technical support for end-users and IT infrastructure assets in Boulder, CO.

Responsibilities

• Perform IMAC services, including installing, moving, and adding IT equipment.
• Provide hands-on support for EUC devices, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage physical data center tasks such as racking, stacking, cabling, and server movement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve L1 network connectivity issues, including LAN support.
• Document all incidents, problems, and resolutions while adhering to SLAs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting EUC devices in an IT Infrastructure function.
• Hands-on experience with physical server/data center support (rack/stacking, cable management, console access).
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop software and hardware.
• Knowledge of Office 365 support and core applications (Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Office).
• Familiarity with network fundamentals, including DHCP and DNS.
• Ability to provide executive support for AV and conferencing technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of tenure or experience in similar deskside or infrastructure support roles.
