Description

Provide direct technical support to office users across Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems while managing IT assets and maintaining strict SLAs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support global users across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
• Provide dedicated technical assistance to key decision-makers and the wider office community.
• Manage IT assets and maintain accountability for technology wherever it is used.
• Meet strict SLAs and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of front-line, hands-on online support experience.
• Hands-on technical experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, Domain, DNS, and DHCP.
• Practical knowledge of cloud technologies.
• Experience with IT asset management.
• Proven ability to work within geographically diverse organizations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation certification or strong knowledge of ITIL principles.
