Description

You will manage endpoint environments and provide direct technical support for users in Hyderabad.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Windows 11 OS environments, including updates, configuration, and performance tuning.
• Oversee print services, including installation, spooler diagnostics, and server-side queue management.
• Configure and support Access Points, SSIDs, and wireless connectivity for endpoint devices.
• Handle escalated technical issues from L0 or Helpdesk to ensure prompt resolution.
• Execute user onboarding, desktop imaging, and asset lifecycle management while ensuring endpoint policy compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in end-user support and technical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Windows 11 OS administration.
• Experience with Active Directory and DNS.
• Hands-on knowledge of print management systems and network printers.
• Ability to set up and diagnose Access Points and SSID authentication.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers.
