Description

You will provide on-site end-user support and hardware lifecycle management to ensure positive service outcomes and SLA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver break-fix support for laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices (Android/iOS), and hardware peripherals.
• Manage IMAC activities, including large-scale office moves and workstation re-stacks.
• Perform imaging and re-imaging of end-user systems based on approved tickets.
• Troubleshoot operating systems, MS Office suite, business applications, and printing/scanning devices.
• Handle access-related issues involving smart cards, passwords, and security configurations.
• Coordinate with hardware vendors for warranty repairs and Level 3 support groups for service enhancements.
• Support on-site events and meetings through AV coordination and site setup.
• Maintain compliance through access reviews, risk assessments, and facility inspections.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience in Desktop and Technical Support or Service Delivery.
• Proficiency with Windows 7 and Windows 10.
• Experience supporting Mac environments.
• Hands-on expertise with MS Office suite.
• Understanding of LAN and WAN networking concepts.
• Ability to manually lift up to 30 pounds for moving equipment.
• Capability to provide rotational on-call support outside business hours.
• Experience documenting incidents and tasks within IT systems to meet SLAs.
