Description

Manage the lifecycle of software and technology hardware while ensuring organizational compliance and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and record software licenses and hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
• Develop and implement procedures for tracking company assets throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Maintain policies, standards, and processes to manage the IT Asset Portfolio regarding risk, cost, and IT Governance.
• Investigate and clarify licensing requirements with software publishers and assist in forming procurement strategies.
• Create documentation for operational concepts and workflows, and resolve escalations timely adhering to process compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Asset Management.
• Deep understanding of licensing and product use rights for Microsoft, Oracle, Symantec, and Adobe.
• Knowledge of software copyright and licensing compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform financial analysis including ROI, IRR, and discounted cash flow modeling.
• Experience with variance reporting and market studies.
• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business, finance, accounting, or real estate.
