Description

Lead end-user technology services and hardware lifecycles at the client location. Own the release and upgrade plans to maintain capacity and availability. Manage IT inventory and perform annual reconciliation of organizational assets.

Responsibilities

• Act as the escalation point for end-user issues to ensure SLA compliance.
• Oversee operational processes including Service Desk, VIP Support, and Regional Support.
• Develop and improve technical processes and incident governance for user desk management.
• Build reports regarding incidents, service requests, and compliance.
• Perform technical and business analysis to document project requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total professional experience.
• 5-6 years of experience leading end-user support teams.
• Mandatory ITIL certification.
• Proficiency in Service Management, Service Desk, VIP Support, and Regional Support.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multi-tasking and problem-solving requirements.
