You provide hands-on IT support to end-users in a customer-facing capacity.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct IT support and resolve technical issues reported by users.
• Manage and influence customer needs through clear interaction.
• Apply logical thinking to troubleshoot and fix problems efficiently.
• Maintain strong communication via email, phone, and in-person meetings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in technical support and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
