Description

Provide on-site technical support and maintain IT infrastructure at the Rugby location.

Responsibilities

• Install computers and manage the full lifecycle of IT equipment, including fleet management and hardware ordering.
• Hand over devices to users, ensuring all necessary applications are installed and configured.
• Act as a digital champion for O365 to drive platform adoption.
• Serve as the point of escalation for network and telephony technical incidents, taking ownership until resolution.
• Maintain the efficient operation of IT systems, infrastructure, and backup facilities as part of the uptime support team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Hands-on experience with O365 administration and support.
• Proven ability to manage PC hardware, installation, and ownership changes.
• Solid understanding of network and telephony systems.
• Experience maintaining IT infrastructure and backup facilities.
• Ability to manage hardware procurement and lifecycle processes.
